A slender evergreen rises from a small tuft of grass, its trunk visible through seven tiers of branches drawn as individual needles rather than a solid cone. The look is hand-inked and woodsy, closer to a forest illustration than a holiday tree. Good for a cabin welcome sign, a camping or national-park tee, a stamped kraft gift tag, an etched tumbler, a mountain-scene layered card or bunting for a woodland nursery.
One color, one cut layer, all needles welded to the branch lines. The needle tips are narrow, so keep it at 6 inches or taller for vinyl and use a fine-point blade with a light drag on cardstock. Forest green or black HTV reads best on natural fabrics. Weed the gaps between branches from the bottom up and pair it with mountain, deer and camper cut files.
