A large hoop is wrapped with small beads and filled with a woven web that spirals into a flower-like mandala center, ringed by tiny knot dots. Five feathers hang below on beaded cords, each with fine barb lines and a split quill. The mood is boho and calm. Single colour throughout, and the web strands are hair-thin, so this is the detail limit of the range: cut at 8 inches tall or larger in vinyl and 10 inches on cardstock, with a fresh blade and reduced speed. Use permanent matte vinyl on walls or adhesive stencil film on wood. Weed the web center outward in sections and use strong transfer tape so the strands lift together. Pairs with the other mandala cut files.
