A full heart packed with a symmetrical mandala: rings of pointed dahlia petals radiate from a small beaded center, each petal shaded with fine engraved veining. A narrow dark band frames the heart with scattered dots and tiny scrolls, and the petals spill right to the edge. Cut it for anniversary cards, a vinyl wall or window decal, a layered shadow box, tumbler wrap, tote bag or a Valentine's shirt.
Single-color line art with a lot of thin interior detail, so it cuts best at 8 inches or larger in cardstock or permanent vinyl; below that, switch to print-then-cut or HTV. Use a fresh blade and weed the small dots from the outer band first. Looks good layered over a solid heart backing or beside other mandala cut files.
