A full agave rosette, thick sword-shaped leaves spiraling out from a tight center bud, each one scored with carved white lines that read like a woodcut. Heavier and more sculptural than a plain outline, with a spine at every tip. Cut it for southwest kitchen signs, tequila bar decor, canvas tote bags, terracotta pot decals, tea towels and t-shirts with a desert feel.
Still a single cut layer, but the shading slivers are genuinely fine. Eight inches is a comfortable minimum in vinyl; smaller than that, delete the thinnest strokes or cut it in cardstock where they survive better. Weed the interior lines first and the outside edges last, and use transfer tape with good tack. Pairs with the air plant.
