A plump apple is cut as one solid silhouette with a curved leaf, fine vein lines and a tilted stem on top. Carved out of the middle is a winding tunnel, and inside it a segmented worm with two antennae and a round head looks out with a small smile. Scattered dots stand in for shine on the skin. It works on a classroom door, a teacher tumbler, a laptop lid, a car window, a painted wood sign or a canvas tote.
One color throughout, welded, with no strokes or gradients. The antennae and the little speckles are the delicate bits, so stay at 4 inches or larger for vinyl and 6 inches for stencils. Permanent adhesive vinyl suits cups and windows; use stencil vinyl or mylar for painted signs. Weed the tunnel first, then the dots, and lift with transfer tape. Pairs with the other teacher decals.
