A traditional Dutch smock mill stands on a rounded grassy mound, four latticed sails spread wide, with an arched window, a small porch door and a low post-and-rail fence running to each side. Nine stars of different sizes fill the sky around it for a calm storybook feel. Cut it for a Netherlands travel sign, a layered paper card, a tote bag, a bedroom wall decal, a scrapbook page or a framed shadow box.
One solid color as delivered, so it is a single cut layer with no alignment work. The sail lattice and the fence rails are the fine parts: keep the long side at 6 in or more on vinyl and 8 in on cardstock so those bars survive weeding. A weeding hook helps clear the tiny lattice windows. Sits well beside other travel-landmark and countryside cut files.
