A pelican stands in profile, its long straight bill and pouch angled down, a shaggy crest at the back of the head and a small round eye left open in the fill. White scratch lines carve the folded wing into layered feathers, and webbed feet plant it on the ground. Solid, graphic, dock-and-pier in feel. Cut it for a beach house sign, a boat name decal, a canvas tote, a coastal pillow cover or a screen door accent.
One solid color as delivered, welded and closed, so it weeds as a single silhouette. The feather slits and the eye are the fine points — keep the bird at 5 in tall or more in adhesive vinyl and 6 in in HTV so those lines survive. Weed the wing lines with a hook before lifting the body. Works with the heron, seagull and sailboat files.
