A single palm frond stands upright: about seventeen pairs of long, pointed leaflets fan out from a slim central rib, widening at the shoulders and tapering to one spear tip at the crown, with two broad leaflets sweeping low near the stem. The look is botanical and calm, suited to boho and jungle decor. Use it for framed cardstock wall art, a vinyl mug or planter decal, tote bags, greeting cards, pillow covers, or repeated as a wall pattern.
Single solid color, one cut layer, and the leaflets are the delicate part — narrow, pointed and close together. Cut it at 5 inches tall or more so the tips don't curl, and use a fine-point blade on adhesive vinyl or a light grip mat for cardstock. Weed from the stem upward and lift with transfer tape rather than by hand. Mirrors nicely to make a pair, and pairs with monstera, eucalyptus and other leaf cut files.
