A chubby cartoon narwhal swims upward with a long tapered tusk, a soft curved back, a small flipper and a big whale tail lifted behind it. Rounded and friendly rather than realistic, it works on toddler shirts, baby bodysuits, bedroom wall decals, tumblers and water bottles, party favor bags and under-the-sea birthday banners.
One solid color, one cut layer, so nothing needs aligning, though you can slice the tusk to cut it in a second shade. Small notches at the eye and flipper hold down to about 3 in wide; below that, size up. Glitter HTV and matte vinyl both weed easily. Pairs with the narwhal silhouette.
