A hand-held sparkler burns at the top of a long thin stick, with a beaded coated section and a wide burst of straight rays fanning out in every direction. Small six-point stars and stray flecks scatter through the spray, giving it a hand-drawn, celebratory feel. Cut it for Fourth of July shirts, New Year's Eve party banners, wedding send-off signs, birthday cards, tote bags or a mason jar decal.
One solid color, a single cut layer, no alignment needed. The thin rays and tiny star flecks are the limit here: keep it at 6 in or taller on the long side for vinyl, and expect to work slowly with a weeding hook and a sharp blade.
