A classic pointed witch hat leans to one side with its tip curling into a spiral, a wide oval brim, and a band fastened by a square buckle. Cut-out stars and tiny dots scatter across the cone and brim, and a few loose stars float alongside it. Playful rather than scary. Cut it for a Halloween tee or sweatshirt, a trick-or-treat tote, a front door sign, a candy bucket decal, a wine glass or tumbler, and party table cards.
One solid color, one layer — the stars, buckle and dots are knockouts in the black shape, so nothing needs stacking. Those little dots are the smallest cuts and need at least 5 inches wide to weed cleanly; under that, delete a few or scale up. Black or deep purple vinyl on orange works well, and glitter HTV suits the star field. Weed the dots and buckle interior first, brim outline last. Pairs with the pumpkin, black cat and broomstick cut files.
