A crocodile walks in side profile with its jaws parted to show a row of pointed teeth, a scute-ridged spine running the length of its back and a long tail sweeping into a curve behind it. The clawed feet are clearly drawn. It is playful but anatomical, good for safari and swamp themes. Cut it for a kids t-shirt, a zoo or jungle nursery sign, a school folder decal, birthday party banners, or a stenciled toy box.
This is a single solid cut layer with no alignment work. The teeth and the spine scutes are the fine bits, so keep it at 5 inches or wider on vinyl or 4 inches on cardstock. Weed the small triangles between the teeth first with a fine-point weeder while the rest is still anchored. Green or dark olive vinyl suits it, and it pairs with the alligator, palm leaf and jungle animal cut files.
