A tuna in side profile, filled solid black, with a knife-edge sickle tail, a tall curved dorsal fin and a row of small pointed finlets running down to the tail. Cut-out highlights pick out the gill plate, the round eye and the long pectoral fin, giving it a clean nautical look. Cut it for fishing cabin signs, boat cooler decals, tackle box lids, tumblers, tee shirts and lake house wall decor.
One solid color and one cut layer, with the eye and gill curves left as negative space, so there is no layering and very little weeding. Those pointed finlets are the delicate part; 4 in long or bigger keeps them intact in vinyl. Cuts cleanly in permanent adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl or heavy cardstock.
