A double-bit axe stands upright, both crescent blades flaring out from a banded steel head. Cord wrapping circles the top of the handle, and the long haft ends in a pointed knob with a lanyard hole. Engraved highlight lines give it a vintage woodcut feel. Good for workshop signs, garage tool board labels, camping shirts, tumbler wraps, and a wood chopper's gift box.
Everything cuts in one color, but the thin white highlight slivers on the blades are delicate; at under 5 inches tall they start to close up, so scale up or simplify them first. Heat transfer vinyl on dark cotton shows the engraving best. Pairs with the hammer, saw and wrench cut files.
