The Stars and Stripes flies from a slim pole with a ball finial, the fabric curling into deep waves so the stripes ripple and taper toward the fly end. Stars fill the union in tidy rows, and small breaks in the stripes give it a worn, wind-blown feel. Good for Fourth of July tees, porch welcome signs, veteran gift tumblers, Memorial Day mugs, truck window decals, and patriotic card fronts.
Built as one solid cut layer, so a single vinyl color works, or slice the union and stripes for a red, white and blue build. The star field is the limiting detail; keep it at 6 inches wide or larger in vinyl. Weed the stars first with a fine hook. Pairs with eagle, state outline and patriotic quote files.
