The toy is drawn face on as a heavy black disc of concentric rings with small rivet dots around the rim and a swirling spiral at the hub. A long string runs up from the axle and doubles back into a finger loop above it, and a loose sketch line behind hints at the second half of the body. The retro, inky feel suits a playroom sign, a toy box label, a kids iron-on tee, a birthday banner, a layered cardstock card or a nursery shelf plaque.
It cuts as one solid layer with closed welded paths. The string is the thinnest element, so keep the design at least 5 inches wide and use a fine-point blade at a slower speed. Adhesive vinyl or smooth HTV works best; weed the narrow gaps between the rings first, then lift with transfer tape. Pairs with the other retro toy cut files.
