A velociraptor stands mid-stride in profile, head turned toward the viewer, jaws lined with small teeth and one clawed hand lifted. Fine engraved strokes follow the muscles of the neck, thigh and long counterbalancing tail, and hooked claws grip a simple ground line. It has an old natural-history print feel. Cut it for a birthday party shirt, a bedroom wall sign, a dino toy box label, a school binder decal, or a lunchbox iron-on.
One solid cut layer, with the hatching already built into the black shape so nothing needs layering. That hatching is the fine part, so keep it at 6 inches or larger on HTV and adhesive vinyl; smaller sizes lose the muscle strokes. Weed the tail and neck lines first, then the interior slivers, using a hook and good light. Pairs with the shop's other dinosaur and fossil cut files.
