A soft knit scarf is wrapped in a loose double loop with the open neck hole showing through the middle, and two long tails hang down ending in hand-drawn fringe. Sweeping white brush lines across the folds suggest the drape and weight of the fabric. Cozy and seasonal, it fits fall porch signs, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, tote bags, hot cocoa tumblers and a sweater-weather wood sign.
Single color, one cut layer, with the drape lines and fringe strands cut as slim negative shapes. The fringe is the fine detail: stay at 5 inches tall in vinyl and 6 inches in HTV so the strands don't lift. Weed the fringe last, from the top of each tail downward, and use strong transfer tape. Flocked or glitter HTV sells the wool texture. Pairs with the mug, mitten and fall cut files.
