A long-coated Maltese head looking off to the side, built from tapered black strokes that fall like fur over the dropped ear, the fringed brow, the beard under the chin and the small button nose. One round eye with a bright catchlight anchors the face. The result is soft and expressive. Use it for dog mom shirts, groomer signs, tote bags, mugs, car window vinyl and pet memorial keepsakes.
Single color, but the many tapered fur strokes make this the most detailed file in the breed set, so cut it at 6 inches or larger and use a new fine point blade with reduced speed. Weed from the outside in and take the thin fur tips slowly. Transfer tape with a firm grip helps on tiny pieces. Sits well with the other dog head silhouettes.
