A tall top hat sits brim-forward, its crown pinched slightly at the middle and flaring out to a wide, slightly tilted brim. A thin white band and a couple of curved highlights break up the solid black shape. One solid layer, with the band and highlights cut as negative space, so nothing needs aligning. Those slivers are thin, so stay at 3 inches or wider or they will tear during weeding.
