A jellyfish drifts upright with a smooth domed bell, a curved white highlight and a scatter of small bubbles across the top, and below it long tentacles plus frilled ruffled arms trail and curl. One solid color, one layer. The tentacle tips taper to points and the bubbles are pinprick-small, so keep it at five inches tall or more in vinyl and go bigger on card stock.
