Thick-rimmed eyeglasses in a squared-off retro shape, drawn straight on with a heavy top bar, a short keyhole bridge, hinge dots at both outer corners and stubby temple ends turning back at each side. Wide diagonal glare wedges cut across the upper half of both lenses. The feel is bold and graphic. Works for optometry signs, geek and teacher shirts, tumblers, laptop decals, bookmarks and photo booth props.
Single colour, welded, and much sturdier than fine-line frames, so it cuts cleanly down to about 2.5 inches wide in vinyl or HTV and still works small on a pen or badge reel. The only delicate bits are the two hinge dots, which you can weed out or leave filled. Cut it in black or tortoiseshell patterned vinyl, or in chipboard for a prop. Pairs with the round frame version and with book and moustache shapes.
