A vintage-style oil lamp stands in profile on a stepped pedestal foot, with a long tapered spout, a scrolled handle, a domed lid topped by a pointed finial and a band of raised ornament around the collar. Thin curls of smoke rise from the spout. Engraved hatching gives it a storybook etching look. Nice on reader tote bags, bookish shirts, mugs, birthday cards, planner covers and nursery art.
One color throughout, with the shading built as white knockout slivers rather than strokes, so it cuts as a single layer. Those hatch lines are fine; stay at 7 inches or larger for vinyl and 8 for HTV, and drop the smoke wisps if you scale smaller. Use a fresh blade, weed the hatching from the center out, and pair it with the other line-art object and storybook files.
