A dove stands in side profile, head lifted and beak slightly parted, with a small round eye, a full rounded breast and a folded wing whose feather tips step back over a long split tail. Two thin feet grip the ground. One colour, one cut layer. The eye ring, the fine feather lines across the wing and the toes are the delicate parts, so hold it at 5 inches or larger in vinyl and 4 inches in cardstock. Iron-on in white or cream on a dark shirt gives the cleanest contrast. Weed the wing lines with a pin tool, and pair it with the olive branch and heart shapes.
