A clock built into a heart: a solid heart face carries the numerals 12, 3, 6, 9 with tick marks between them, an hour and minute hand meeting near the top, and a small ring at the center pin. A second heart outline frames it with a clean white gap between the two. Cut it for New Year's Eve party signs, countdown shirts, champagne flute decals, card fronts, a gift-box topper, or table centerpieces.

Single colour with the numbers and hands cut as negative space, so it stays one layer with no alignment. Those numerals and tick marks are the fine detail — keep it at 6 inches or larger on vinyl so the '12' and the hands weed cleanly. Black or metallic gold permanent vinyl suits the occasion.
