A sixteen-point compass rose fills a double-ringed circle, with long sharp cardinal spikes, slimmer intercardinal rays with etched hatching, and a bullseye hub at the center. A serif N crowns the north point. The style is vintage map engraving. Cut it for a nautical wall sign, a travel journal cover, a tumbler or car decal, a scout-themed shirt, a wedding guest book or a bedroom wall decal.
It cuts as a single color with everything connected through the rings, so no complicated layering is needed. The hatch lines inside the rays and the thin inner ring are the fine detail: keep it six inches or larger in vinyl and eight in cardstock, or simplify the hatching for smaller tumblers. Adhesive vinyl on glass and wood works best; use transfer tape and weed from the center out. Pairs with the anchor, map and mountain cut files.
