A friendly clown grins straight ahead, framed by a large rounded afro of hair and a black ruffled collar below the chin. Pointed black paint marks sit above and below each eye, with a glossy red ball nose, round red cheek circles and a wide red smile. Three solid colors — black, red and white — cut as separate layers that stack cleanly with registration marks. The eye lashes and pointed paint marks are the smallest pieces, so stay at 5 inches tall or more in vinyl; cardstock is happier at 6. Weed the black layer first and use transfer tape to drop the red nose and cheeks in place. Pairs with the clown badge and sketched clown PNG.
