A clean side profile of a classic road bicycle: slim diamond frame, a saddle tipped slightly up, flat handlebars with a cable loop, chainring and pedal, and two big wheels filled with fine radial spokes. The look is bold and graphic with plenty of open space inside the wheels. Cut it for a cyclist's t-shirt in heat transfer vinyl, a garage wall sign, a bike-room decal, a card front, a tote bag or a stencil for a painted wooden sign.
One solid color, one cut layer, all paths closed and welded. The spokes are the delicate part: keep the file at 8 inches wide or more for vinyl, and use a fresh blade plus slow speed so they do not lift. Weed the spokes and frame triangles first with a weeding hook, working outward from the hubs. Sturdy 651 or 631 vinyl and 12 in cardstock both handle it well. Sits nicely beside the retro bicycle and other sports cut files.
