An open book lies flat toward the viewer, both pages filled solid black with fine engraved page edges fanning out below and a slim ribbon marker hanging from the spine. A tiny cross sits on the left page. The look is woodcut-simple and reverent, good for a church volunteer shirt, a Sunday school tote, a study-group mug decal, a wooden scripture sign or a bulletin cover.
One solid cut colour, so it works straight from black or navy HTV with no layering. The page-edge hatching is the delicate part: hold it at 4 inches or wider and check the ribbon tail before you cut.
